Chicago's drill scene has a new name bubbling up. I keep seeing the internet asking if FullyChop is the hottest out of the Raq right now, and with his recent SoundCloud and Soundcharts debuts, they might actually be onto something. He just dropped his *FullyLoaded* tape, and 'Gimmie A Break' with VonOff1700 is a straight problem. Between that and the 'Back N Forth' video, the momentum is moving way too fast to ignore. Keep your eyes on him.
