DAB Motors and Brabus Merge High-Performance Engineering with Street Aesthetics
DAB Motors and Brabus have unveiled the 'URBAN E' First Edition at Milan Design Week, a collaboration that bridges the gap between boutique electric mobility and the uncompromising aesthetic of high-end tuning. Limited to just 40 units, the collection features four monochromatic colorways—Fusion Red, Peetch, Superviolet, and Desert Sand—each precision-matched to the iconic Brabus vehicle palette. The design has already garnered significant attention, with the 'Desert Sand' edition receiving a public nod from Fragment Design founder Hiroshi Fujiwara. Beyond the visuals, the URBAN E is a study in material science, utilizing carbon fiber detailing to maintain a lightweight profile without sacrificing the technical prowess Brabus is known for. It represents a pivot for DAB Motors into a more exclusive tier of the market, leaning on the heritage of German engineering to validate the future of urban two-wheelers. By treating the electric bike as a high-performance accessory rather than a mere utility, the partnership signals a shift in how luxury brands are approaching the looming transition to electrification. Production is strictly limited to ten units per color, with deliveries expected to begin in Q3 2026.
