Busta Rhymes is preparing to drop *Dillagence 2* later this month, a posthumous J Dilla collaboration project that already has heads spinning. Following up the chaotic energy of his previous single "Spazzz," Busta just blessed us with a new joint featuring Lil Wayne called "Talk Ya Shit." According to HotNewHipHop, this new track brings together the absolute best of all three artists. Dilla’s production provides a magical backdrop, while Busta and Wayne trade high-energy verses.
